Role Overview
This part‑time, remote position is scheduled for Friday through Sunday, 2 pm – 10 pm EST. You will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including merchandising, logistics, and product development—to ensure that every customer interaction reflects arenaflex’s high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all inbound customer contacts (phone, email, chat) during your shift with a friendly, relatable tone.
- Guide new and prospective shoppers through the arenaflex experience, from product discovery to checkout.
- Answer order‑related questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear next‑step recommendations.
- Exercise empowered decision‑making to resolve concerns while balancing customer delight with business objectives.
