Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) consultant Mandatory skills:
- Must have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) configuration and administration.
- Expertise in learning item creation, curricula, programs, assignments, and certification management.
- Knowledge of user management, role-based permissions (RBP), and security configurations.
- Must have experience with LMS integrations, including HRIS, Employee Central, and third-party learning content providers.
- Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and LMS dashboards.
- Understanding of SCORM, AICC, xAPI, and online learning standards.
- Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Knowledge of learning compliance, training records, and audit requirements.
- Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and training skills.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors release management and change implementation processes.
