What You'll Do: As a HEDIS Reviewer, you'll play a key role in improving care for health plan members by:Conducting outreach to members to complete Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) surveysContacting providers & members to collect medical recordsVerifying preventive screenings & chronic disease care are completedReviewing & annotating medical records in Adobe PDFCompleting data entry & search tasks using HEDIS technical specsPerforming administrative tasks (e.g., faxing providers, verifying demographics) Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a MUST Comfortable working 100% on the computer Strong attention to detail + solid documentation habits Comfortable with outreach calls to members & providers Reliable and able to commit to the full project timeline Before You Apply - You MUST Answer:✅ List 3 Microsoft Office programs you've used + years of experience in each.✅ Can you connect the provided laptop to your modem via Ethernet cable (not WIFI)?✅ Can you work M-F, 8-5 your local time, uninterrupted, from January-May?
