Key Responsibilities

  • Engage Customers via Live Chat: Respond promptly to inbound chat inquiries from prospective car and RV buyers, addressing questions about inventory, financing options, service appointments, and dealership policies.
  • Provide Accurate Product Information: Leverage arenaflex’s knowledge base and dealer‑specific data to deliver precise details on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and after‑sale services.
  • Schedule Appointments: Identify qualified leads, confirm contact details, and book test‑drive or service appointments directly within the chat platform.
  • Lead Capture & Documentation: Record essential customer information, summarize conversation outcomes, and flag high‑potential prospects for dealer follow‑up.
  • Maintain Knowledge Base: Continuously update personal understanding of evolving product lines, financing programs, and dealership initiatives to ensure up‑to‑date assistance.
  • Collaborate with Dealers: Provide daily summaries and actionable insights to dealer partners, helping them refine marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold Brand Standards: Represent arenaflex and its dealer clients with professionalism, positivity, and a customer‑centric mindset at all times.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute; 40 WPM or higher is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with Windows‑based computers and comfortable navigating multiple web applications simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and tone.

  • Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Training & Schedule

All new hires will participate in a comprehensive four‑week training program conducted Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm CST. Training covers arenaflex’s chat platform, product knowledge, dealer communication protocols, and lead‑generation best practices. After successfully completing training, you will work in 5‑hour daily blocks, allowing flexibility to balance school, family, or other commitments.
