• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for a thorough evaluation
• Follow up with candidates to sustain interest and aid their hiring process
• Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commission based on meetings scheduled, interviews held, and hires resulting from your leads
