The role involves reviewing analytical rubrics, evaluating genomic strategies, and collaborating with teams to enhance data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess analytical rubrics for computational genomics projects
• Evaluate sequence alignment strategies and CRISPR design tools
• Interpret and synthesize results from large-scale genomics datasets
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to recommend data-driven improvements
• Document findings and provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders
• Contribute to development of guidelines and standards for data analysis
• Stay updated on advancements in computational biology and genomics

Skills

• Strong experience in sequence alignment and genomics data analysis
• Familiarity with CRISPR design tools and bioinformatics workflows
• Strong proficiency in handling large-scale biological datasets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in quality assurance or rubric evaluation processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
