The role:
- Insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Motion practice, depositions, hearings, and client interaction
- Opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators and public entity clients
- Significant responsibility and hands-on litigation experience early on
Requirements:
- California Bar admission required
- Insurance defense litigation experience required
- Junior associates should be open to a hybrid schedule during development and training
- Experienced attorneys may work fully remote
- Strong communication skills and client-facing professionalism preferred
Nice to have:
- Experience working with public entities or institutional clients
- Strong cultural fit within a collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Deposition and litigation management experience
Compensation:
- Compensation up to approximately $180,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid flexibility for junior attorneys and fully remote options for experienced litigators
