Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Baptist Health is looking for a Healthcare Business Intelligence Analyst III- Service Line to join their Performance Advisory Office! The primary focus for this position will be to support hospital-based business or service lines through business intelligence and analytics, driving operational excellence and leveraging data insights to inform strategic decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Support hospital-based business or service lines as assigned through business intelligence/ analytics
- Drive operational excellence
- Leverage data and insights
- Advance strategic initiatives within the healthcare organization
- Gather end-user requirements
- Analyze data insights
- Support the development of clear and insightful data visualizations (reports and/or dashboards)
- Guide stakeholders through actionable insights
- Facilitate streamlined improvement initiatives
- Inform strategic decision-making processes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Healthcare Domain Knowledge
- Experience developing technical requirements for data visualizations
- Experience in data analysis (statistics, advanced Excel)
- Collaborate with business intelligence developers
- Validate data
- Generating reports and visualizations on routine schedules and/or as requested
- Project and Change Management
- Experience with Business Intelligence applications (Qlik, Strata, Tableau, PowerBI, data warehouses)
- Background in data analysis techniques, statistics highly preferred (graphical techniques, awareness of statistical analysis methods)
