[Remote] Travel Claims Examiner Customer Service Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. One80 Intermediaries is part of a global insurance distribution platform offering specialized services in wholesale brokerage and specialty insurance. The Travel Claims & Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for claims, ensuring exceptional service and effective communication with claimants while processing claims according to established policies.

Responsibilities

• Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations
• Handle incoming calls from and make outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner
• Consistently meet established performance standards, including quantity and quality claims processing standards
• Maintain current knowledge of Plans and effectively apply this knowledge to the payment of claims, customer service, and all other job functions
• Ability to function independently within established guidelines
• Maintain HIPAA compliance
