Location: Work from Home Responsibilities: As a Remote Cold Caller - Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for: • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through cold calling and networking through various industry trade associations. • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in our recruiting database, and document calls. • Collaboration: Partner with recruiters to understand client needs and effectively communicate job opportunities to potential candidates. • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process. • Career Path: Learn candidate generation, and interview skills in the first six months, and begin to conduct interviewing and vetting in the last half of the first year.
