[Remote] Executive Director, Finance

They are seeking an Executive Director, Finance to lead the Financial Planning & Analysis Team, supporting the DCX segment, focusing on growth through organic means and mergers/acquisitions while providing strategic financial guidance and insights to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review the annual operating budget, quarterly forecasts, and observations
- Consolidate and present monthly and quarterly financial performance updates to Executive Leadership (including insights on budget drivers, forecast variances, advising on actionable items, and historical comparison)
- Continuously assess opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation
- Work with existing reporting packages and assess for areas of improvement
- Understand the impact of problems across the organization and work to provide solutions and process improvements
- Play a key role in integrating systems and tools from mergers and acquisitions
- Support and develop your team of junior members
Skills
- BA in Business, Finance or related degree and 3+ years' experience managing a team
- 7+ years' experience conducting financial planning, analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and support for business in a corporate environment
- Passionate taking data and relaying it into understandable presentation format for executive audiences (communicating through analytics and presentations)
- Experience with Microsoft 360 and Hyperion Essbase
- Knowledge of US GAAP
