Contract Corporate Recruiter (Remote, US)

About the Role:As a Recruiter within our Global Talent Acquisition team, youll be responsible for partnering with and supporting hiring managers to ensure that recruitment and selection activity occurs within time and budget requirements, utilizing creative and strategic methods of sourcing to fill positions. Youll work cross-functionally in an agile working environment to support immediate... hiring needs. This position is a contract role, working 40 hours per week. While this role can work remotely, there is a preference for individuals based in Eastern Time in the US. You Will:Partner with hiring managers to provide an efficient and effective recruitment process, including Initial scoping of the requirement, CV collation and shortlisting, sourcing, focus on overall candidate experience, and managing the offer process through to onboarding.Compile assessment material and tools, including the creation of competency/behavioral based interview questions.Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within an ATS, relating to internal and external recruitment to ensure compliance with Data Protection legislation.Working knowledge of basic HR Compliance Laws, providing basic guidance as needed and working to implement a stronger understanding of these laws globally through partnership with HR Business Partners. You Have:5+ years experience in recruitment, ideally in a global corporate recruiting environment.A strong customer focus and desire to create partnerships with internal hiring managers and relationship building with internal and external candidates.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo)Experience delivering a thorough, multi-faceted interview and selection process, including assessments, criteria, SLAs, and overall guidance on The Associations interview methodology as it relates to our company behaviors.Working knowledge of employment laws and regulation affecting recruitment How We Support You:We provide flexibility to help you achieve a good work-life balance.
