MOD Assistants is looking for part-time virtual assistants to join our growing team! Our firm supports small business owners, entrepreneurs and busy professionals with their time-consuming administrative tasks. Individuals in this role learn how to... work with a variety of people while balancing different tasks on a daily basis working alongside successful professionals and business owners. Virtual assistants on our team enjoy flexible hours, the ability to work from home, client opportunities presented weekly and the ability to be part of a team while still working for yourself. General responsibilities as a MOD Virtual Assistant include: • Email Organization / Management • Calendar Management • Online Research • Data Entry • Minimal Bookkeeping • Basic Social Media • Travel Planning and Coordination • Customer Communication on behalf of clients (phone and email) • Event Planning

Requirements

Requirements: • Required to pass a full background check • Must have at least two years of experience related to administrative or clerical work • Must be available at least 10 hours per week during regular business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm) • Must have access to necessary equipment (i.e. smart phone, computer, internet). These items are not provided. • Ability to organize and maintain schedule with multiple clients, including tracking hours on an hourly basis.

Benefits
