Collaborate with more experienced team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your technical knowledge and skills. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with effective communication and support. No prior experience in technical support is needed; training will be provided. Basic understanding of computer systems and technology is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
