Cold Email Inbox & CRM Manager
We’re OutSearched — the best-reviewed deal sourcing service for LMM investors. We’re looking for a detail-obsessed inbox manager and CRM admin who thrives in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume cold email inboxes with precision and speed
- Own and update CRM data daily (no detail too small)
- Book and confirm meetings directly on the calendar
- Track metrics, flag issues, and keep everything running smoothly
- Update and improve workflows/client communications
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple inboxes at scale
- Strong CRM admin skills (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Calendar coordination wizardry
- Minimum typing speed: 40+ WPM (must provide typing test result from typingtest.com or similar)
- Obsessed with staying organized and proactive
- High speed internet, USA callling ability, extensive experience with remote work tools (Notion, Slack, etc)
Bonus Points
- Experience in private equity, deal sourcing, or lead gen
- Ability to spot patterns and suggest process improvements
- Sales roles
