Key Responsibilities

At arenaflex, our Customer Support Representatives wear many hats. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Issue Diagnosis and Resolution: Troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently, identify root causes, and take ownership of problems from initial report through final resolution. Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or management only when absolutely necessary.
  • Account Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate customer records within our CRM and support platforms. Document interactions, flag recurring issues, and ensure all account changes are processed securely and in compliance with data protection standards.
  • Follow-Up and Relationship Building: Proactively follow up with customers to confirm that their issues have been fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome. Build rapport and trust that encourages long-term customer loyalty.
