About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Guidance: Providing accurate, helpful product information, recommendations, and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within our proprietary CRM and support platforms.
  • Follow-Up Excellence: Proactively following up with customers to confirm their concerns have been fully addressed and that they are satisfied with the resolution provided.
  • Policy Adherence: Following arenaflex policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver consistent, reliable, and brand-aligned service.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participating in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews to sharpen your skills and grow professionally.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Foundation: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A high-speed, stable internet connection is essential for handling calls, chats, and system navigation without interruption.
