Position Overview

Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Full-Time Inbound Support Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $15 – $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, engaging, and impactful. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, and feel heard and valued. Specific duties include:

  • Customer Interaction Management: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through multiple communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat platforms.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate, timely solutions that exceed expectations while staying within company guidelines and policies.
  • Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure seamless follow-up and continuous service improvement.
  • Product Knowledge Maintenance: Stay up to date on arenaflex products, services, policies, and procedures to provide informed and accurate assistance to every customer.
  • Professional Communication: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all interactions, even when dealing with challenging situations or frustrated customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to resolve complex issues, share insights, and contribute to overall team performance goals.
  • Quality Standards: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assessments.
