Medical Transcription Jobs (Entry-Level & Experienced) - Fully Remote

Job Summary

• The Elite Job is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionists to join our team. This fully remote position is open to both entry-level and experienced professionals who have a strong command of medical terminology, transcription software, and excellent listening skills. The ideal candidate will transcribe and edit medical dictations with high accuracy while maintaining confidentiality and meeting strict deadlines.
• Key Responsibilities
• * Transcribe and edit recorded medical dictations from healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses.
• * Ensure accuracy, clarity, and proper grammar in transcriptions.
• * Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in medical reports.
• * Use speech recognition software and make necessary corrections.
• * Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other confidentiality regulations.
• * Organize and manage medical documents effectively.
• * Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to clarify dictated content.
• * Stay up to date with medical terminology and industry trends.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Strong proficiency in medical transcription and terminology.
• * Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
• * High typing speed with exceptional accuracy.
• * Familiarity with speech recognition software and transcription tools.
• * Understanding of HIPAA and data security regulations.
• * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• * Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
• Experience
• * Entry-Level: Completion of a medical transcription training program or relevant coursework.
• * Experienced: 1+ years of experience in medical transcription, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Working Hours
• * Flexible work schedule with full-time and part-time opportunities.
• * Ability to set preferred working hours based on project availability.
• * Must be available to meet deadlines as assigned.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• * In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology.

• * Strong command of the English language, including grammar and punctuation.
• * Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus.
