Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with website visitors in real‑time chat, answering product‑related questions and providing accurate information about vehicle inventory, financing options, and service offerings.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries by identifying the prospect’s needs, budget, and timeline, then route qualified leads to the appropriate sales or service team.
  • Schedule test‑drive appointments, service appointments, or follow‑up calls, ensuring all details are captured accurately in the dealer’s CRM system.
  • Document each interaction with concise, well‑structured summaries that highlight customer intent, preferences, and any obstacles encountered.
  • Maintain and continuously update a shared knowledge base that reflects the latest product releases, promotional campaigns, and policy changes.
  • Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and dealer contacts to resolve complex inquiries, escalating issues when necessary while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in retail customer service, call‑center environments, or automotive sales support (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation & Benefits
