This full‑time position is based in our Neodesha branch and offers a dynamic blend of front‑desk duties, transaction processing, and client advisory support. You will work closely with customers, loan officers, and internal teams to ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and a genuine smile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Services: Assist customers in opening checking, savings, and youth accounts, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
  • Transaction Management: Accurately record deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments while maintaining meticulous cash drawer balances.
  • Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve account discrepancies, working collaboratively with customers and internal specialists.
  • Product Promotion: Identify opportunities to introduce arenaflex’s suite of products—including credit cards, online banking, and investment services—to meet client needs.
  • Referral Coordination: Seamlessly refer customers to loan officers, financial planners, or other specialists, ensuring a smooth handoff and follow‑up.
  • Safe Deposit Box Management: Oversee the opening, closing, billing, and access procedures for safe deposit boxes, maintaining strict security protocols.
  • Administrative Support: Perform receptionist duties, manage inbound and outbound communications, and handle routine clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with tellers, managers, and back‑office staff to coordinate daily operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Compliance & Security: Follow arenaflex’s policies on anti‑money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and data privacy to protect both the institution and its clients.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; associate degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
