Role Overview

arenaflex is seeking motivated, hard‑working individuals to join our remote call‑center team as Part‑Time Customer Service Advisors. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering product support, answering inquiries, and providing solutions that enhance the customer experience. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional, collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage customers via phone, email, and chat to address product‑related questions and service inquiries.
  • Utilize soft‑selling techniques to promote arenaflex services, increasing brand awareness and driving sales.

Essential Qualifications

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend day (Saturday) and holidays as needed.
  • Commitment to complete a three‑week, full‑time paid training program.
  • Professional home workspace with a visible camera and clear audio for training and customer calls.
  • Strong typing proficiency (minimum 45 WPM) and comfort navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly, confident, and positive demeanor.
