Reporting into our Technology Office, you will serve as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping us deliver high-quality, scalable solutions across multiple portfolios. What You Will Be Doing

As a Technology Analyst at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will be dynamic and varied, depending on the team assignment. Core duties include:

  • Partnering with business users to conduct comprehensive requirements analysis related to systems, processes, and technology solutions, ensuring that every recommendation is rooted in real business needs.
  • Translating business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications that align with internal tooling standards, established business procedures, and departmental governance frameworks.
  • Managing project timelines for planning, development, testing, and deployment to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Acting as a strategic liaison and trusted resource between business units and the Technology teams, facilitating clear and effective communication across all stakeholders.
  • Participating actively in systems testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance cycles to confirm that solutions meet defined requirements and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborating with Scrum Masters, Engineers, and Product Owners within Agile Squads to drive iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Building dashboards, metrics, and status reports that showcase testing progress and keep leadership informed of project health.
  • Contributing to a culture of quality by supporting the Quality Management Office (QMO) in validating the applications used by frontline teams daily.
  • Supporting emerging product initiatives, including arenaflex's growing portfolio of ancillary revenue experiences in the travel and leisure space.
  • Engaging in cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving workshops, and innovation sessions that help shape the future of arenaflex's digital products.

Team Placements and Growth Tracks

At arenaflex, you won't be siloed into a single function. Based on your skills, interests, and business needs, you may be placed into one of the following technology areas:

  • Air Operations & Quality Management Office (QMO): Work alongside teams responsible for the mission-critical applications used by frontline crew members. QMO focuses on application quality, working with Scrum teams to validate changes and ensure that the tools frontline teams rely on are reliable, accurate, and dependable.
  • Customer and Business Experience: Help build the next generation of customer-facing products that extend beyond the core air travel experience, including arenaflex Getaways — a revenue-generating product line that combines air, hotel, and travel experiences into seamless customer journeys.
  • Systems and Services: Support the infrastructure and platform services that keep arenaflex running smoothly across all business units.
  • People and Finance Technology: Deliver solutions that empower the workforce, optimize financial operations, and enable better decision-making through data.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create polished reports, presentations, and data analyses.
  • Demonstrated strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business challenges into manageable components.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and process improvement methodologies.

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and an understanding of how Agile teams deliver value iteratively.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, and risk management.
  • Prior internship or co-op experience in a technology analyst, business analyst, or related role within the past 12 months.
  • Experience solving business problems through capstone projects, case competitions, or academic consulting engagements.
