Reinforcement Monsters LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA In Illinois) to join our growing team.. 100% Remote Flexible Schedule Choose Your Own Hours 5–20 Hours Per Week Available Independent Contractor Position What You'll Do:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to mid-tier staff and Behavior Technicians
- Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions
- Review treatment data and monitor client progress
- Complete treatment plans, assessments, and progress reports
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure high-quality services

Requirements:
- Current BCBA certification
