- What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to warm, pre‑qualified leads interested in estate planning
- Use proven scripts to set qualified appointments for our sales professionals
- Build rapport quickly and create a positive first impression
- Ask good qualifying questions and confirm key details before scheduling
- Handle basic objections and keep conversations professional and on track
- Document call outcomes accurately in our system and follow up when needed
