Our customers are the heart of arenaflex. As a Customer Success Associate on the evening shift, you will be the primary point of contact for shoppers navigating the online experience. You will help turn casual browsers into loyal brand advocates by delivering prompt, empathetic, and knowledgeable support across phone, email, and chat channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound customer interactions (phone, email, chat) during your scheduled shift with a friendly, relatable, and solution‑focused approach.
  • Guide new and prospective customers through the arenaflex shopping journey, from product discovery to checkout, ensuring a frictionless experience.
  • Answer order‑related questions, track shipments, process returns, and resolve billing inquiries while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Exercise empowered decision‑making to address customer concerns, offering creative resolutions that balance customer delight with arenaflex’s business objectives.
  • Collect, synthesize, and relay customer feedback to cross‑functional teams (product, marketing, logistics) to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, support, or related role, preferably within e‑commerce or fashion retail.
