Position Overview

arenaflex is actively hiring a part-time, fully remote Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our Client Relations and Quality Assurance team. This is not a typical call-center role. You will be the critical human link between our loyal customer base and the operational heartbeat of our company. Your mission will be to check in with existing clients, perform quality control follow-ups, communicate the value of our service offerings, and ensure that every homeowner interaction reflects the high standards arenaflex is known for.

This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with a flexible schedule that blends remote work from home with occasional in-office collaboration. The majority of your time, however, will be spent working from the comfort of your own home, making this an ideal opportunity for self-starters who thrive with autonomy and clear performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls and emails to follow up with customers who have previously received arenaflex services, ensuring complete satisfaction and reinforcing the trust our brand is built upon.
  • Quality Control Check-Ins: Conduct structured quality assurance check-ins with homeowners to verify service quality, gather feedback, and proactively identify any issues before they become concerns.
  • Service Education & Upselling: Clearly communicate the value of current offers, seasonal promotions, and service packages to existing customers, helping them improve both their home quality and overall quality of life.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Reach out to more than 50 prospective or existing customers daily, treating each interaction as an opportunity to build a meaningful relationship rather than just close a transaction.
  • Needs Matching & Expectation Setting: Listen carefully to each homeowner's unique situation and match them to the arenaflex services that best fit their needs, while setting realistic and transparent expectations.
  • Database & CRM Management: Accurately update internal systems with critical client details, special requests, follow-up notes, and any service-related information gathered during outreach.
  • Multi-Channel Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service across phone, email, and occasionally social media channels, maintaining professionalism and brand voice in every interaction.
  • Social Media Support: Assist with general office duties including light social media management to help maintain arenaflex's active and engaging online presence.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in required staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities that promote a positive, high-morale work environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of two years of demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based, outbound, or sales-adjacent role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
  • Professionalism: Outgoing personality, clean-cut appearance, professional demeanor, and a drug-free lifestyle.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage comfortably with homeowners from all walks of life.
  • Tech Readiness: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet dedicated workspace, and comfort using CRM software, email platforms, and standard office applications.

  • Previous experience in home services, plumbing, HVAC, or a related trades industry.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding outbound call volume and conversion targets.
  • Comfort working in a commission-based compensation structure.
