Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vendor Growth

  • Develop and execute comprehensive vendor‑growth strategies that align with arenaflex’s broader commercial objectives.
  • Identify high‑potential sellers, onboard them, and guide them through the full lifecycle of marketplace success.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, marketing, and logistics—to create seamless experiences for sellers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction, translating insights into actionable plans.

Relationship Management & Negotiation

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high‑value sellers, building trust and long‑term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, negotiate terms, and resolve conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
  • Leverage live‑chat tools to provide real‑time support, answer queries, and troubleshoot issues that impact seller performance.
  • Gather and synthesize vendor feedback, turning it into concrete improvement initiatives.

Process Excellence & Operational Efficiency

  • Audit and refine existing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to eliminate redundancies and improve scalability.
  • Implement data‑entry best practices, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all seller‑related records.
  • Drive automation projects that reduce manual effort and accelerate decision‑making for both sellers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead root‑cause analysis for performance gaps, proposing and executing corrective actions.

Cross‑Team Collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders—including finance, compliance, and technology—to align seller initiatives with corporate policies.
  • Act as an advocate for sellers within arenaflex, championing their needs and influencing product roadmap decisions.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across regional teams to propagate successful tactics and lessons learned.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in vendor management, account supervision, or a similar client‑facing role.
  • Proven track record of negotiating contracts and driving measurable growth for a portfolio of sellers.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Fluent Spanish (native or near‑native) and proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.
