  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols, adhering to GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Organize, label, and archive digital files and documents to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
  • Execute scheduled data backups and participate in disaster‑recovery drills to safeguard information integrity.
  • Collaborate virtually with supervisors, project managers, and fellow specialists via chat, video, and ticketing systems to resolve data‑related queries.
  • Provide feedback on workflow improvements, suggesting automation opportunities and best‑practice enhancements.
  • Participate in regular quality‑control reviews and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
