Role Overview

The Senior Customer Engineer – Security & Cloud Solutions is a remote, full‑time position that blends technical acumen with strategic consulting. You will partner with arenaflex Cloud Security teams, product marketing, and engineering to identify opportunities, demonstrate value, and drive adoption of arenaflex security offerings. Your day‑to‑day activities will involve deep technical engagements, solution design, and thought leadership across a diverse set of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with arenaflex Cloud Security and product teams to uncover and qualify business opportunities, translating customer requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Present arenaflex Cloud Security products and services to customers, showcasing benefits in real‑world scenarios and aligning them with business objectives.
• Own the technical aspects of complex sales cycles, delivering product demos, proof‑of‑concepts, architecture reviews, and security assessments.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical content—including white papers, solution briefs, and case studies—to illustrate the value of arenaflex security offerings.
• Engage directly with customers at events, webinars, workshops, and on‑site visits to build relationships and deepen technical trust.
• Provide expert guidance on security best practices, threat detection, malware analysis, identity & access management, and SIEM integrations.
• Stay ahead of emerging security trends (e.g., ransomware, zero‑trust architectures, attack frameworks) and translate these insights into actionable recommendations for customers.
• Partner with sales leadership to develop account strategies that accelerate adoption of arenaflex security solutions across enterprise portfolios.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of arenaflex’s technical enablement programs.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in security or cloud environments, with a proven track record of delivering security solutions to enterprise customers.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of network security concepts, including threat detection, malware analysis, security policy enforcement, and identity & access management frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement security architectures that align with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
