[Remote] Vice President, Marketing

Hatch is an AI growth engine for service businesses, seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts in the AI SaaS sector. The VP will be responsible for brand positioning, demand generation, and customer growth, establishing Hatch as a market leader in AI-powered lead management.
Responsibilities
- Own and refine Hatch’s product positioning and messaging
- Oversee all demand generation campaigns across digital, content, and especially industry events to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
- Strengthen the Hatch brand as the market leader in AI-driven customer communication and lead management for service businesses
- Partner with product and growth teams to define value propositions, messaging, competitive differentiation, and successful product launches
- Lead a team to deliver compelling thought leadership content, playbooks, webinars, and case studies, leveraging customer success and industry trends
- Set KPIs, manage budgets, and analyze campaign and pipeline performance to inform strategy and continuous improvement
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team

- A strong sense of ownership, grit, and the ability to motivate and lead by example
- 8+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with experience in AI, lead management, or home services verticals
- Demonstrated success in building pipeline and brand presence in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and performance optimization
- Experience leading teams across content, demand generation, and product marketing
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency with modern MarTech (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, analytics/BI platforms, etc.)
- Passion for driving real customer impact through technology and operational excellence
