[Remote] Digital Marketing Manager

They are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager responsible for designing and executing digital outreach strategies, managing multimedia content, and leveraging data analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a statewide digital marketing and outreach strategy
- Create and manage multimedia content including videos, graphics, podcasts, and social media posts
- Maintain and update program websites in compliance with accessibility and performance standards
- Design marketing collateral such as flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Support outreach events through targeted digital campaigns and promotional content
- Analyze digital performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize strategies
- Produce employment-focused digital tools for clients (e.g., video resumes, online portfolios)
- Collaborate with recruiting and program staff to align messaging and outreach efforts
Skills
- Strong digital marketing and content creation expertise
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Experience with video production and audio editing
- Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
- Experience managing websites and content management systems (CMS)
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Strong written communication and branding skills
- US Citizen with the ability to pass a Federal background check
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or multimedia production
- Experience marketing workforce development or government programs
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508 compliance)
- Experience with SEO, paid advertising, and audience targeting strategies
- Knowledge of veteran or military community audiences
- Experience producing newsletters, press releases, and public communications
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
