Responsibilities
- Knowledge of Service Titan
- Knowledge or experience using Hatch messaging
- Customer Service Experience in a Trade business environment such as Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or Generators
- A background in Scheduling or/and Dispatching
- Customer service: 2 years in a Trade business environment. (Preferred)
- Call center: 2 years of inbound/outbound phone experience (Required)
- 8-hour shift
- Appointment scheduling: 1 year (Required)
- Service Titan: 1 year (Required)
- Hatch: 1 year (Required)
- Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
- Call center: 1 year (Required)
- Data entry: 1 year (Required)
