[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trantor is seeking a motivated and seasoned Project Manager to join their Professional Services team. This role involves leading the governance and execution of complex migration and implementation projects while ensuring solutions are deployed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of technical professionals to deliver complex consulting and multi-stream implementation services for high-criticality enterprise environments
- Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with key customers, partners, and vendors
- Ensure engagements are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor project financial health, including budget burn rates, margin analysis, and revenue forecasting
- Develop scalable methodologies and best practices
- Manage sales-to-delivery handoffs
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Transform project data into actionable insights
- Leverage AI tools to optimize project workflows
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in professional services, project management, or customer-facing delivery
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience leading complex projects involving third-party partners
- Sound business judgment and data-driven decision making
- Expert proficiency with Jira, Salesforce, and PSA tools
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP, Prince2, or related certifications
