[Remote] Full Stack Developer - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Genesis10 is currently seeking a Full Stack Developer - Remote position with a Major Financial Services Firm located in Charlotte, NC. This role emphasizes front-end development and requires expertise in modern web technologies while operating in an Agile/Scrum delivery model.
Responsibilities
- Develop web applications and sites that engage and retain visitors
- Provide guidance on industry best practices, guidelines and governance for web applications and web sites
- Manage latest requirements for cross-browser compatibility and page optimization
- Develop application and sites to include social media and mobile functionality
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure end product is delivered with quality outcomes
- Perform benefit analysis for IT solutions and make recommendations for technology direction
- Articulate ideas and demonstrate a willingness to bring new ideas to the forefront frequently
- Maintain excellent knowledge base of industry trends and developments
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- 6-9 years of progressive experience in full stack development in an enterprise setting
- Mastery of modern web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks: Angular, ReactJS, NestJS
- Back-end experience with Java, Springboot, Microservices, and API development
- Proficiency with JS frameworks (jQuery, ember.js, Foundation, Bootstrap), JSON, and graphic editing tools
- Experience with responsive web design, fluid layouts, and mobile interfaces
- Knowledge of source control concepts (Git, SVN, TFS)
- Advanced skills in object-oriented coding and scripting (Java, .net/C#, php, ruby)
- Experience with relational database modeling and creating advanced SQL queries/procedures
