The role involves financial reporting, process improvement, cash flow management, and managing a team of accountants.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 2–4+ years of experience leading or supervising accounting staff
- Experience in a project-based or service-based environment
- Experience with multi-entity / multi-subsidiary accounting environments, including coordination with international teams or third-party providers
- CPA
