[Remote] Remote Sales Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GFI Team Ikigai is seeking a part-time Lead Associate to help address financial illiteracy and make a positive impact in communities. The role involves serving as a key contact for clients, developing customized financial plans, and providing support to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact and liaison for clients to ensure their total satisfaction
• Interact with clients & associates you are directly responsible for on an ongoing basis, providing support needed in a timely, professional and courteous manner
• Share financial knowledge, education, and strategies for business matters, investments, insurance based protection, retirement, savings and estate planning to help clients and business owners progress financially
• Work with clients to develop customized financial plans that fit their unique needs and goals
• Help clients understand their financial situation and provide expert advice on how to improve it
• Guide and support clients from budgeting and debt reduction to investing and retirement planning
• Think creatively and work collaboratively with a team of like-minded individuals who share your passion for making a difference
• Have your ideas and contributions valued and recognized, with opportunities for personal and professional growth

Skills

• Must pass a background check
• 18 Years or older
• U.S. citizen
• Must have a drive, passion and desire to help people!
• Customer service, leadership and management backgrounds are preferred
• Education/Coaching/Military/Elite Athlete backgrounds are a great fit, but not required!
• Financial skills/knowledge not required
• Entrepreneurially-minded + self-motivated
• Leadership development
