The Course Delivery Specialist will support BARBRI’s execution and delivery of online courses to our broad spectrum of learners in the legal education market. They... will prioritize multiple projects based on the needs of the business and work collaboratively on projects that improve the learner experience and operational efficiencies. You will be a part of a talented team of operations professionals working to deliver world-class legal education products to our students. Responsibilities include: • Develop a deep understanding of BARBRI's products and services to effectively and proactively support and advise students on usage • Ensure accurate information relating to online course support is delivered to all students promptly and accurately • Onboard contractors and manage an appropriate communication flow • Work closely with academic contractors and learning coaches to assess student needs and ensure resources are correctly allocated • Administer website forums, including but not limited to webinar Q&A • Comfortably navigate between multiple platforms to ensure successful delivery of a superior online legal education product • Quickly resolve issues and inquiries related to course delivery • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accuracy of data and content for legal education products • Collaboration with Marketing to maintain accuracy of website copy and alignment with product offerings • Perform a wide range of activities for student-facing communications • Ensure timely delivery of responses to student assignments and inquiries • Other duties as assigned Qualifications required for this role: • Associate degree or 1-3 years of employment directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified above • Previous use of Salesforce or other CRM systems • Previous use of Marketo, Hubspot, or other marketing automation software • Proficient with Microsoft Office365, to include Sharepoint, Forms and OneDrive • Previous use of LMS software • Strong attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Ability to think critically and identify potential issues before they arise • A strong work ethic and positive attitude, with a willingness to be flexible • Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment • Experience in achieving defined results, and exceeding goals and objectives • Passion for learning and helping others to learn • Professional & resourceful style with the ability to work independently and as part of a team We value our employees’ time and efforts.
