[Remote] Regional Sales Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. YER USA is representing SIMONSWERK, a premier German manufacturer of high-quality hinge systems. The Regional Sales Manager will take ownership of a key U.S. territory, driving growth by working closely with architects, designers, distributors, and commercial partners to secure product specifications on major building projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy for the Southeast
- Drive specification sales through architects, A&D firms, and developers
- Build relationships with distributors, door manufacturers, and millwork partners
- Support architects with technical guidance, presentations, and product training
- Manage and develop sales representatives within the region
- Track projects from early specification through to close
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support project-specific requirements
Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in architectural hardware or related building products
- Strong background in specification-driven, project-based sales
- Existing relationships within the A&D community, contractors, or distributors
- Experience working with commercial construction projects
- Comfortable leading technical conversations with architects and designers
- Self-starter who thrives in an independent, field-based role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and passport
- Must be based within 45 minutes of a major airport
- 60–70% travel across the region, with occasional travel to Europe
- Remote - Southeast U.S. - preferred locations: Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, DC, Miami, Nashville, and surrounding areas
