[Remote] Independent Workday Consultant

The role involves collaborating with clients to gather requirements, configuring Workday modules, managing integrations, conducting testing, and providing training and support during the implementation phases.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Workday configurations
- Configuration : Perform hands-on configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, Absence, Time Tracking, and many more!
- Integration : Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems
- Testing : Conduct unit and system testing to ensure solutions meet client specifications
- Training and Support : Provide training to client teams and support them through go-live and post-implementation phases
- Best Practices : Advise clients on Workday best practices and optimization strategies to enhance their business processes
Skills
- Must either be actively or previously Workday certified within any Workday module
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Workday implementation and configuration experience
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and manage their expectations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs
