[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst (Remote)

Stryker is a leading medical technology company, and they are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Transformation Strategies Finance team. This role will provide comprehensive financial support for complex sales opportunities and drive process improvements while collaborating with various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Finance partner to ASC Regional Managers; advise on deal economics, structure, risks, and approvals
- Lead financial modeling and evaluation for new deals and amendments, ensuring deal completeness, accuracy and profitability
- Track deals end-to-end to ensure timely close, proper approvals, and alignment to forecast
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast files; proactively identify and communicate forecast risk or slippage
- Partner with Sales, Pricing, Flex Financial, Legal, Contracts, Operations, Marketing, and Divisional Finance to advance deals efficiently
- Support month-end forecast, reporting and close activities
- Own consistent, organized deal documentation accessible to Finance and commercial partners
- Drive process improvements to reduce cycle time, rework, and manual effort; support adoption of ASC Finance initiatives and tools
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports: product pricing experience preferred
- Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and validation preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and Salesforce preferred
