[Remote] Senior Director, Growth Marketing

They are seeking a Senior Director of Growth Marketing to drive revenue growth through integrated marketing programs, leading teams responsible for demand generation, account-based marketing, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Drive measurable revenue growth through integrated marketing programs for multiple personas, industries, and products
- Lead the teams and programs responsible for demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), expansion/install base/lifecycle marketing, web, and digital marketing
- Own the strategy, execution, and performance of the global revenue marketing organization
Skills
- Dynamic and strategic leadership skills
- Experience in driving measurable revenue growth through integrated marketing programs
- Ability to manage demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), expansion/install base/lifecycle marketing, web, and digital marketing
- Proven track record of building and scaling a rapidly growing business
- Experience in driving pipeline and accelerating sales cycles
- Strong understanding of the revenue orchestration market
- Ability to own the strategy, execution, and performance of a global revenue marketing organization
- Experience reporting directly to CMO or similar executive level
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on marketing performance
