BridgeFlair LLC is seeking a Business Systems Consultant Manager to lead business analysis activities and improve business processes across enterprise applications. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitating system assessments, and ensuring successful solution delivery while supporting change management and project documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities to identify, document, and improve business processes across enterprise applications and programs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather, analyze, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to elicit requirements and define business needs
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases
  • Analyze current systems and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization and automation
  • Facilitate system assessments and recommend functional enhancements aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between business users, development teams, vendors, and external agencies to ensure successful solution delivery
  • Support system integration initiatives by defining interface requirements, data mappings, and integration workflows
  • Perform data analysis, validation, and reporting to support business decisions, system implementations, and operational improvements
  • Coordinate and support testing activities including test planning, test case development, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Track defects, manage issue resolution, and ensure successful deployment of system enhancements and releases
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and compliance requirements
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption activities for new systems and business processes
  • Prepare status reports, project documentation, and executive presentations for stakeholders and leadership
  • Collaborate with project managers to manage scope, risks, dependencies, and project milestones
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, transportation standards, and data governance policies
  • Support initiatives related to crash reporting systems, highway safety programs, and transportation data management
  • Work with federal and state agencies, including programs aligned with National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) standards and reporting requirements
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to business analysts and cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes
  • Promote continuous improvement by implementing best practices in business analysis, requirements management, and system delivery
