Core Responsibilities

As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist for arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering top‑tier assistance to users navigating our accounting platform. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Guiding users through ledger entry processes, accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) workflows, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, such as navigation errors, data sync problems, and integration challenges.
  • Providing clear, step‑by‑step instructions that empower customers to resolve issues independently whenever possible.
