Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Monitoring Representative
The Customer Service Monitoring Representative role is the frontline of arenaflex’s safety network. Working remotely from home (with a requirement to reside within one hour of our Wichita, KS contact center for licensing compliance), you will monitor alarm signals, verify incidents, dispatch appropriate authorities, and communicate critical information to customers and responsible parties. Key Responsibilities
Alarm Reception & Verification
- Answer inbound alarm notifications promptly and professionally.
