Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our clients and their employees. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

What You Bring to the Table

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: One to two years of prior customer service experience using multiple computer systems in a professional setting.
