Position Details and Schedule

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position designed to accommodate the demanding schedules of college students. We are hiring for shifts starting as soon as possible, and the current schedule includes:

• Monday Call Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST to 1:00 P.M. EST
• Tuesday Chat Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST to 12:00 P.M. EST
• Thursday Chat Shift: 2:00 P.M. EST to 6:00 P.M. EST

Core Responsibilities

This hybrid role blends customer interaction with creative production, giving you a well-rounded professional experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Service and Client Communication

• Answering incoming customer calls during scheduled Monday shifts, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented support
• Responding to customer chat inquiries during Tuesday and Thursday shifts with prompt, professional, and empathetic communication
• Documenting customer interactions accurately and flagging recurring issues for team review
• Escalating complex problems to senior team members when appropriate
• Maintaining a positive, patient, and helpful demeanor in all customer interactions

Creative Content Production

During the hours when you are not actively handling customer communications, you will focus on producing creative content for arenaflex's digital presence. This includes content for our website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. We will request samples of your past work in the following areas:

• Blender (3D Design): Creating 3D models, animations, or visual assets using Blender for use across our digital platforms
• Graphic Design and Social Media Posts: Designing eye-catching graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Social Media Reels and TikToks: Producing engaging short-form video content, including scripting, filming or sourcing footage, editing, and adding captions or effects
