Key Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outbound Calling: Handle a steady stream of outbound calls throughout your shift, maintaining efficiency and professionalism regardless of call volume fluctuations.

  • Typing Proficiency: Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute with accuracy.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal). Bilingual team members are eligible for a pay differential of $16.00/hour.
