Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospective clients using provided leads and databases.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and provide clear, concise information about ACH Foam Technologies’ products and services.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer outreach roles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
