About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑driven Remote Accountant to join our fast‑growing Finance team. In this role, you will be the financial steward for a portfolio of $150 M+ in annual revenue, ensuring that every transaction from Champaign to our global client base is recorded accurately, reported on time, and compliant with U.S. GAAP and state regulations. Reporting directly to the Controller, you will partner with our senior leadership, tax specialists, and product managers to translate raw data into actionable insight that drives profitability and strategic decision‑making. Your work will directly impact cash‑flow forecasting, budgeting cycles, and the financial health of a company that prides itself on transparency and agility. --- Key Responsibilities -
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
in
QuickBooks Online
and
NetSuite
, delivering month‑end close reports within a 5‑day window. -
Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax filings
for the corporation and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with both federal and Illinois tax codes. -
Produce weekly cash‑flow statements

Manage accounts payable and receivable
